Our small batch all natural cheese. Milk is taken direct from our farm to the 4th generation Amish cheese maker. It’s made with only 100% our milk start to finish with natural herbs and spices and no added preservatives or colors. Each block will have slight variations to its color as the time of year, what the cows are eating, and amount of sunlight they are getting all effect the milk components, ie: butter fat.
Our herd is pasture raised, rotational grazing in summer and have a cozy barn to sleep in at night during the winter and bad weather. All their feed is raised by us, made by us and fed by us. We do however purchase a protein supplement and the additions of vitamins and minerals they need to be healthy.
