  1. When you’re about to prepare Pineapple stuffing, first preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Then, slightly mist a 1.5-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Place the butter, and sugar in a large bowl and cream together with an electric mixer until very pale and fluffy (about 5 minutes on high speed).
  4. Afterwards, whip in the eggs, one at a time.
  5. Add the pineapple and its juice.
  6. Now, tear the bread into 1-inch pieces and fold it into the pineapple mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour, or until bubbly and beginning to turn golden.
  8. Then, leave it to cool for a few minutes.
  9. Your pineapple stuffing is ready. Serve warm with any toppings and drinks of your choice.
