At Holly’s Apiary, we sell Raw Natural Pure Local Honey.
Our honey is strained to allow nature’s benefit of pollen to remain.
Besides, our honey is never pasteurized or heat treated.
Also, our bees are located on our property and nearby farms. Availability depends on the healthy productivity of the bees and the seasonal variations of our climate. Early summer stock may sellout by fall. A fall harvest is not always possible. So please buy accordingly.
