Our Casa Blend is a medium roast coffee crafted from beans sourced from Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Bolivia — reflecting the family heritage of the owners of Tierra y Taza in Frederick MD. This unique blend combines 50% Guatemalan, 25% Costa Rican, and 25% Bolivian coffee to create a smooth, versatile cup with bright, lively character.
Roasted to a medium profile, this coffee works beautifully across a variety of brewing methods, including espresso, cold brew, and pour over. Expect a cup with pleasant acidity and vibrant flavor notes, offering a brighter taste profile with less bitterness.
We’re proud to carry this coffee from Tierra y Taza, a restaurant based in Frederick, Maryland. Over the past year, they’ve supported our farm by purchasing our pork, chicken, and eggs, and we’re excited to now share some of their products with you.
