🪚 Woodworking for Teens (Ages 13–17) 🔩

Take your craftsmanship to the next level with Woodworking for Teens, a six-week, hands-on woodworking course designed for ages 13–17. This immersive class builds real-world skills, confidence, and creativity as students learn to safely operate a variety of advanced power tools and master essential woodworking techniques.

Each week, teens will work on projects that blend function, design, and craftsmanship while gaining experience with tools such as drills, saws, sanders, and planers. Students will learn how to read measurements, mark cuts accurately, use clamps and joinery, and apply natural finishes to create strong, beautiful pieces. Safety is always the top priority — every session begins with tool inspection and technique review to ensure students work confidently and responsibly.

More than just building things, Woodworking for Teens teaches problem-solving, patience, and creativity. Teens will learn how to think through project design, plan their steps, and adapt when challenges arise — skills that carry far beyond the workshop. They’ll also explore how woodworking connects to nature and sustainability, understanding where wood comes from and how responsible craftsmanship can benefit both people and the environment.

By the end of the 6-week program, students will have completed several finished projects they can be proud of — from custom decor and furniture pieces to creative personal designs that reflect their unique style. Each participant will leave with a solid foundation in woodworking and the confidence to continue exploring the craft independently.

• Time: 2 pm – 4 pm

Sibling/Friend Discount: $25 off for each additional sibling or friend.

Full Class Discount: $25 off Everyones fee if 10 students sign up.  So tell a friend!

With both discounts you could only pay $200 for this class.
