Small Eggs (Pullet eggs)

Description

When young hens (pullets) get to the age where they start laying, their bodies put out many “test” eggs.  Smaller eggs that are not viable for baby chicks.  Gradually they will lay larger and larger eggs till they get to full size.

We cannot sell these eggs as “large” but in all other respects they are the same for eating as our regular Large eggs. But as our young flock is growing up, we have an abundance of pullet eggs!  So you reap the benefit of the same high quality egg, in a smaller form, at a severe discount.
