You know the canning basics, but are ready to take your skills to the next level and learn pressure canning.
Amy Vaughan-Roland returns to Redemption Springs for Canning 201 The Pressure Canning Series. This course will focus on safe proven canning methods to make home canned quick meals, nourishing bone broth, and canned meats. Participation in Canning 101 is encouraged, but not required for this course.
We will discuss which pressure caner is right for you, community resources you might not know about, and the beauty of canning your own ready made meals at home. Each participant will participate our class demonstration and go home with a course workbook with helpful tips and resources.
