Ingredients for cooked recipes for your Charcuterie Board
- 1 butternut squash halved horizontally and seeded
- 1 Acorn squash
- 1 lb Italian sausage chopped
- 1 pint mixed mushrooms of classic varieties (White button, crimini and shiitake)
- 10 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 8 Tablespoon olive oil
- 11 sprigs thyme
- 1/2 Onion sliced
- 1/2 lb red potatoes halved
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 stick celery chopped
- 3 oz tomato paste (1 small can)
- 1/2 cup Colby cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
